• 08:40 - 09:00: Check-in & welcome coffee

  Getting ready for the hackathon, making sure everybody has all they need for a productive day

• 09:00 - 09:15: Hackathon kickoff

  Welcoming message from organizers and event partners

• 09:15 - 09:45: Presenting hackathon challenges

  Partners will be presenting their proposed challenges and answer questions from participants

• 09:45 - 12:00: First coding session

  Teams and individuals will start crafting their ideas, with guidance from mentors

• 12:00 - 12:40: Lunch

  Will take a small break for lunch, recharging our batteries

• 12:40 - 16:00: Second coding session

  Hackathon participants gather for the second coding session

• 16:00 - 17:00: Time for demo

  After 5+ hours of coding, participants will pitch their ideas and answer questions from the jury members

• 17:00 - 18:00: Selecting winners

  Jury members will select winners based on the impact, business value of the solution and how realistic is to be applied in Iași
